Morning Announcements 12/11/2023

• The Winter Art Sale and Concert is on Thursday December 14th from 5:30-8:00 PM. Come buy some handmade gifts made by students in Art and enjoy some winter themed Music. There will be a photobooth, AMHS merch table, and baked goods too. Invite your family and friends, this is a public event. Tickets for the concert are $5, and can be purchased in the office or at the door. See you there!
• Need a gift for that special Panther in your life?  The AMHS Boosters are running a Holiday Fundraiser from November 20th - December 20th!  
• ACES is currently hiring Youth Prevention Leaders for The Town of Avon! If you are interested in working on a mental health project, receive training on upstream prevention and conduct research please contact eisidor@avon-ma.gov for more information. Sports

The Middle School basketball team had their first game of the season on Friday vs Old Colony. The Panthers battled and ultimately took control of the game late in the second quarter surged by Xavier Bell’s shooting. The Panthers won by 41-16, Xavier Bell 17 Pts and Stone Polynice 4 pts 8 rebounds.

• Varsity Girls Basketball practice 5:00-6:30
• Boys Varsity and Jv Boys Practice 6:30-8:00
