AMHS Boosters is holding a fundraiser with the Avon House of Pizza, on Wednesday, January 11th, stop by AHOP for lunch or dinner, mention Boosters and they will donate a portion of your order to the Avon Middle High School Boosters.

MAIN OFFICE

All Emergency form packets should now be in the front office. If you have lost the packet, see Mrs. Cartwright or Ms. Bernardino for another copy.
Charlie Card bus passes are now available in the front office, and can be used on the Bat Bus

ATHLETICS

There will be a brief 15-minute meeting, in room 234, on Tuesday afternoon for all students interested in playing softball during the upcoming spring season.
The Avon Girls basketball team defeated Bristol Aggie 36-27. Hanelie Cadet had 23 points to lead the Panthers. Dahlia Parent had 7 points and 13 rebounds while Kylie Mallett rounded out the scoring with 6 points. The Panthers are now 3-1.
The Boys Varsity Basketball team beat Bristol Aggie 65-27. The Panthers came out strong on defense turning turnovers and rebounds into instant offense. The Panthers were led by Kenzel Jean Michel who had 16 points and 3 blocks. Freshman Thomas Edwards came off the bench with 13 points.
The Boys JV Basketball team beat Bristol Aggie 54-26. Leading the way for the Panthers was Jason Maguire with 18 points and 5 steals. Wendell Jean Louis also added 6 points and 8 rebounds.

Fitness Center (Gym) will be open on Wednesdays ONLY from 2:15pm to 3:20pm. See Ms. Alves for permission slips.

Detention is held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
