ACES is having its first meeting for high school students this Thursday the 14th at 2:15pm in the AMHS library. If you're interested in being a community leader, joining SALSA, or even getting involved with Red Ribbon Week for volunteer hours please join us! Attention students in grades 8-12. The set building club is meeting this Thursday, September 14,  after school in room 213.  All who are interested in helping with planning, building and preparing the set for our fall production of Your a Good Man, Charlie Brown, are welcome to join us this Thursday, 9/14.

HIGH SCHOOL

Attention freshmen and sophomores: Are you interested in running for office? Mrs. Pyne is now accepting candidates for freshman and sophomore class executive board. E-board members will work closely with their advisers to help make decisions about activities and fundraisers for their class. Check your email for nomination forms. Your nomination form and teacher recommendations are due today, Wednesday, 9/13.

Attention high school students: The Drama Club is planning for year 9 of Student Shorts: our student-directed play festival.  There will be a short meeting in the auditorium Thursday, 9/14, at 2:30pm for interested directors and stage managers.  Please join us!

Attention high school students: Are you interested in planning events for the school (like pep rallies and homecoming)? What about sharing student concerns with administration? Do you want a chance to improve your leadership skills? Then you should join The Student Council! Applications have been emailed out and are due to Mrs. Pyne by Friday, September 15!

MIDDLE SCHOOL

Students in grades 6-8 who are interested in joining The Middle School Student Council should meet in Ms. Wagner's room after school on Friday, September 15 at 2:30pm.

SPORTS

Boys' Soccer lost a close game away to Bristol Aggie yesterday 4-3. Marthel Cadet scored a hatrick and Ben Muth had an impressive game handling the midfield. Boys' Soccer practice today will be in the weight room 2:30-3:30.
